"Took my truck to the International dealership as directed from Jeremy Quinn to get estimates on repairs to my wrecked truck because he said State Farm doesn't have anyone with the required knowledge to inspect bigger trucks. Boy was he correct in that statement. No one ive dealt with at State Farm has the knowledge to do anything besides pass you on to the next person. I've dealt with no less than 8 different people in the last two months. Out of this total run around I have at two different checks cut in my name for a total of roughly $4,500. This comes after International gave just a partial estimate of $22,000. Completely absurd. State Farm clearly is not being honest. Apparently Jeremy is content with allowing this to continue to go unresolved. Stay tuned as many many more reviews will continue until the problem is resolved and/or the review ratings properly reflect what this office deserves."

"Almost two months after the accident and not a single person from state farm has looked at the vehicle involved in the collision. State farm outsources their claims to a third party that only looks at pictures to start a claim. LOL. Yes, it's true. I have a potentially total loss vehicle and they determined from pictures I was due $2200. Nothing but the truth here. PURE RIDICULOUSNESS."

"I would recommend staying as far away as possible from State Farm. They have done nothing but give me the run around for two months over trying to make a claim. Ive tried to explain to Jeremy that his reputation is based on the company he represents. Unfortunately, he plays the same railroading exercises that upper management dictates. "This man is a liar and a cheat. I would not trust him to insure any of my processions. If you do happen to use him for insurance, I would have an outside party review all your policies as he mis insured my house for years. I found this out when hail damaged my roof and was needing to be replaced. I sent a complaint into the TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) and Mr. Quinn told them that he tried to contact me multiple times and he could never get a hold of me so he wrote the policy how he saw fit - I would never neglect my insurance policy and he never tied to contact me during the under-writing process. I was switching to him from another agent because I knew I had the wrong policy and I told him that for the beginning."

"After a horrible hail storm, I sent a text early Tuesday and had received a response about an hour later and then a call not too long after that. I cannot remember who I spoke with, but she was so kind and reassuring (we were out of town in Galveston and receiving information/pictures of damage from our neighbors). She explained to me the whole process of filing a claim for our windshield (that had been busted all the way through) and even started the claim for me when she realized I was on vacation. She walked me through the next steps and told me what to expect. Talking to her helped so much because I was a worried mess trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. I called again on Wednesday to ask about our roof and it was another staff member (I cannot remember her name either, unfortunately). This employee was just as helpful and kind as the first. She explained to me what our deductible was and how to proceed with a claim for that. After such a bad storm, only hearing second-hand how bad the damage was, and never having had filed a claim or arranged for auto & roof repairs before this…I felt much more at ease thanks to the exceptional customer service your office provided. I cannot imagine navigating this without them. Jeremy, thanks again for all you and your team do. I appreciate y’all!"
